Customer Service Thank you for choosing the Brightest Candle Co! To Place An Order For Handpoured Candles
Placing an order for your handpoured candles* is easy and secure. Enter the quantity of each item that you wish to order in the quantity box next to that item. To select a scent or size, use the drop down menu and scroll to your desired scent. Then click on the Add To Cart button.
When you are ready to complete your order: Next, click on the Go To Payments button. Enter your shipping and billing information. Bold items are required for your order to be processed. You can choose to have your information stored to save you time when you return to shop again. After all of your information is entered, click the Continue button. Do not hit the back button, as it may duplicate the items in your cart. Verify that your information is correct then choose your payment method. The Brightest Candle Co. accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners, PayPal, checks and money orders. Payments using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners are processed through 2CO, an authorized retailer for goods provided by The Brightest Candle company. Click the Continue button to finish your order. Orders are shipped Monday - Saturday. If you specify that you need an order by a certain date we will do everything we can to get your order to you but due to the handpoured nature of these candles we cannot guarantee delivery times or dates. For any hand poured candles that are made to order, please allow 10 -14 days for delivery of your items. We will contact you if your order is going to be delayed for any reason. To pay by check or money order: Shipping Charges International shipping is no longer available. Orders will be accepted for shipping in the United States only. For each order, a base shipping charge of $4.20 plus 20% of the retail value of your order is added. Sales Tax Wisconsin Residents will be charged a 5% sales tax. Shipping is taxable in Wisconsin. Returns/Exchanges An even exchange will be made if the product is received damaged. A request for an exchange must be made within 5 days of receipt of product. Upon return of the damaged product, the Brightest Candle Co. will ship, at no additional charge, a replacement product the same as the product being replaced. Please email info@brightestcandle.com and include your name, order date, order number and item being returned.
